K Jewellery uses the information you provide to process your order, arrange delivery, manage returns or exchanges and respond to support requests. This includes your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, ordered items, order status and any gift message. If you create an account, we also process the information needed to sign you in and show your saved details and orders.

Sharing a location is optional. If you tap “Get my current location”, your browser asks for permission to obtain your device location. If you choose a point on the map, we receive the location you select. When submitted with an order, the coordinates and any device-reported accuracy are saved with the delivery address. You can use manual address entry instead.

Order information, including customer contact details, the delivery address and any selected location, is sent to the store's private Telegram chat so the team can fulfil your order. Information needed for delivery may also be provided to the delivery service. Transactional order emails are sent through Resend and can include a private, read-only order tracking link. Keep this link private because anyone with it can view the order summary and delivery status until it expires. Website hosting and account/order storage use Vercel and Supabase. These services may process information outside the UAE.

Opening the map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives the technical requests needed to show the map. Opening a Google Maps location link or contacting us on WhatsApp takes you to those services, which have their own privacy practices.

The website uses browser storage to remember your bag and cookies to maintain account sessions and guest access to orders. Clearing this storage can remove your bag or guest access. Cash-on-delivery checkout does not ask for card details.

Order and support records are used for fulfilment, after-sales service, accounting and applicable record-keeping obligations. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an outstanding order or dispute.
