Returns & exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, with no breakage, scratches or other damage caused after delivery.

Contact K Jewellery on WhatsApp at +971 50 866 5068 with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. We will provide the return instructions and inspect the returned item against these conditions.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. The original-condition requirement and 7-day change-of-mind window do not limit your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
